Growing up barely above the poverty line, Founder Aileen Sinay sourced her passion for service from her humble beginnings.

In 2008, she led a career transition program and helped re-employ more than 2,000 employees after the closure of a leading international technology company.

She was able to help people find new jobs, set up businesses, and retire actively.
